Photos from Cape May, December 28, 2006 |
My fixed-wing pilot friend Anthony A. met me for a flight in the R44 over Cape May, Atlantic City, and the pinelands. Now normally I don't post other people's pictures, but I figure that since Anthony was shooting pictures with MY camera, from MY helicopter, while I was doing my usual professional job of piloting it, that I had a right to post these (the only one I took was a shot of Anthony my my helicopter).
The pictures show the approach to the Cape, then various sights including the concrete ship and the bunker, on up to Atlantic City where, among other pictures, there is a shot of the now closed Bader Field. Finally, there are two pictures of Batsto Village, which was a supplier of cannonballs to our side during the Revolutionary War.
