Bringing the R44 home, Sept 17 - 20, 2006

I'm back home again after logging enough R44 time to meet the insurance requirements to carry passengers. The second pilot was Mark Boyer who is the Robinson dealer. I did most of the flying, Mark navigated and handled the radios.

Here's some pictures: aircraft boneyard (Pinal Airpark, AZ), three shots along I10 (not sure if AZ or NM), the submarine at Muskogee, the East Buffet and Sushi Restaurant where we landed for lunch, my R44 at Tahlequah, OK, me at Kickapoo Airport in Wichita Falls, Mark at Bedford Cty., and Mark and I back at Brandywine Airport.

Airports visited:

Torrance, CA (TOA), Phoenix (PHX), Tucson (TUS), Las Cruces NM (LRU), Pecos TX (PEQ), Midland TX, (MAF), Wichita Falls Kickapoo Airport TX (T47), Tahlequah OK (TQH), Poplar Bluff MO (POF), Huntingburg IN (HNB), Parkersburg WV (PKB), Bedford PA (HMZ).

(I may have missed a couple...)
